And recently I started looking for a good bike to buy, bike riding was something I did a lot when I was younger, I used to bike ride everywhere. It really kept me in shape, so I'm going to try and get back to doing that. I should start seeing results soon...I hope. lol.

It's a common question, the only thing I've heard that works is having an operation. So if you feel it's worth it, then that is an option. I personally would not allow anything to be manipulated down in my groin region. I have bad eating habits. You know how they say have at least one cheat day in your weekly diet of healthy eating? I probably have about 2 or 3 days where I eat crap.
